📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and coaching.
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and motivate staff.
• Provide training and develop peers on sales techniques.
• Maintain operational excellence and store standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Preferred: skincare consultations, sales metrics analysis, DEIB training, bilingual.
