📋 Description

• Driving sales by coaching and providing feedback to the sales team using StoreForce dashboard
• Delivering world-class customer experience including product demonstrations
• Educating customers on Lush brand values and positions on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest
• Increasing product knowledge and making informed product recommendations
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Encouraging open communication and fostering DEIB

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
• Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Minimum 1 year experience in problem-solving customer service issues in day-to-day operations
• Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
