📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard and adjust floor structure to meet goals
• Deliver world-class customer experience and educate customers on skincare
• Open/close store operations and manage cash handling
• Provide training and development to peers to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
• Strong problem-solving in day-to-day operations
• Fast-paced team environment; flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays
• Knowledge and passion for skincare or cosmetics
