Responsible for driving sales and providing coaching/feedback to the sales team based on StoreForce
Lead by example in delivering world-class customer experience including product demonstrations
Educate customers on Lush brand values and participate in community engagement initiatives
Train and coach sales ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge
Foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) with team members
Manage cash handling, store opening/closing procedures, and nightly deposits

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
Minimum 1 year experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Minimum 1 year experience problem-solving customer service issues in day-to-day operations
Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
