📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboards and adjust floor layout to beat goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.

• Develop product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Support store management with opening/closing, cash handling, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience in fast-paced team environments.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
