Conduct product training to enhance team knowledge.
Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
Foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, supervisory coaching, and
Knowledge and passion for natural beauty products and ethical business.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred: Consultation-based customer service experience, sales metrics analysis
