• Delivering world-class customer experience including product demonstrations
• Building the Lush brand through community engagement and store events
• Increasing product knowledge and making informed product recommendations
• Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors and peers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales
• Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving skills for customer service issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
