Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor to meet/exceed goals.
Drive sales and improve customer experience using coaching and store layout adjustments.
Open/close the store; manage cash handling, cash drops, reconciliations, and deposits.
Deliver product demonstrations and ensure a positive, productive work environment.
Train and develop Sales Ambassadors; lead by example and grow team performance.
Support brand values and store standards including visuals and stock management.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Problem-solving day-to-day issues in a fast-paced operation
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
