📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and open/close the store with the management team.
• Analyze sales results and adjust floor plans to meet goals.

• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
• Build brand knowledge on Lush values and store initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of skincare, beauty, and ethical business (preferred).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with StoreForce dashboard or similar analytics.
