📋 Description

• Lead and coach sales associates to hit goals on the shop floor.
• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights; adjust floor as needed.
• Open/close the store and manage cash handling.
• Deliver world-class customer experience with product demos.
• Train teammates on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain visuals, stock, and operational standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
• Fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with skincare or cosmetics (preferred).
• Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training (preferred).
