Driving sales and meeting/exceeding sales goals
Delivering world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations
Educating customers on Lush brand values and building the brand through community engagement
Coaching and training Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
Managing cash handling, including opening/closing the register, reconciling cash drawers, and
Ensuring team adherence to time and attendance policies, monitoring breaks, and reviewing daily

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
Minimum 1 year of experience in problem-solving customer service issues
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
