• Lead and inspire a shop-floor sales team to hit goals.
• Drive sales by coaching using StoreForce results and adjust floor layout.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences with product demos.
• Build the brand by educating customers on Lush values and store initiatives.
• Train and develop Sales Ambassadors; lead by example.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and deposits.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations in a fast-paced team.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
