📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a sales team on the shop floor.
• Drive sales and ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Open/close duties and analyze daily sales results.
• Collaborate with Store Management for operational excellence.
• Support training sessions to develop staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: consultation-based service and sales metrics experience.
• Skincare or cosmetics industry experience; DEIB training a plus; languages helpful.
