Part Time Home Care Visits LPN/RN

📋 Description

• Provide routine skilled nursing visits (30-60 min) for medication setup and health assessments.
• Work one-on-one with patients in their homes to support independence and quality of life.
• Serve patients in the Columbia, MO area with in-home visits and care coordination.
• Flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MO/Compact RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1 year of paid RN or LPN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
