Part-Time HR Generalist / People Partner Contractor (Parental Leave Coverage Contract August 2026 to February 2027)

📋 Description

• Act as primary People partner during parental leave coverage
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, and lifecycle processes
• Provide first-line employee relations guidance to managers
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and external vendors
• Maintain compliant HR documentation and reporting
• Support hiring logistics, posting jobs, and offer materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration
• Experience handling routine employee relations and advising managers
• Ability to work independently as primary People contact
• Strong judgement and discretion with confidential information
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits tools
