📋 Description

• Lead on-floor experience for customers; coach team with care.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates; keep a positive, fun environment.
• Drive floor performance using real-time KPIs to maximize sales.
• Listen to customers and guide them to Knix products, incl. bra fittings.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and share expertise.
• Navigate challenging interactions calmly; de-escalate when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail; leadership preferred.
• Proven lead or senior role; ability to coach and motivate.
• Use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions.
• Legal Canadian work authorization; 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the store.
• Evenings, weekends, holidays; flexible hours.
