📋 Description

• Lead a warm, inclusive floor and fitting room experience.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real time.
• Use real-time KPIs to coach the floor and maximize sales.
• Guide customers to Knix products, including bra fittings, for the right fit.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and share expertise.
• Confidently navigate challenging interactions and de-escalate when needed.
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and general operations as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail; lead or senior role.
• Proven experience leading or managing a team.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results and service.
• Use KPIs and sales insights to support real-time decisions during peak hours.
• Resourceful and proactive; calmly resolve conflicts with team and customers.
