Part-Time Key Lead (Hamilton)

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed store sales goals by driving key metrics, specifically Conversion Rate and Average
• Help team members understand their role in driving store KPIs by providing real-time feedback and

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of retail experience, with previous keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and understanding core retail metrics (Conversion, AOV, UPT)
• Strong proficiency in structured retail selling models
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and coaching
• Resourceful and proactive, able to resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging situations
• Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada
