• Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end-to-end experience for all Knix customers on the
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in real time to drive targets and customer experience.
• Use real-time data and KPIs to guide coaching during peak selling periods.
• Guide customers to the right Knix products, including bra fittings, for the perfect fit.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and communicate expertise to customers.
• Support staff training, visual merchandising, and general operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail preferred.
• Experience in a lead or senior role with coaching responsibility.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to drive results and excellent customer experience.
• Proven ability to use KPIs and insights for real-time decisions.
• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of de-escalating conflicts calmly.
