📋 Description

• Lead a warm, inclusive customer experience on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Coach Sales Associates in real time to hit targets and KPIs.
• Own peak selling periods with data-driven coaching to close sales.
• Understand customer needs and guide product fit, including bra fittings.
• Stay knowledgeable about product assortment and train the team.
• Support training, visual merchandising, and general store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail (preferred).
• Proven experience in a lead or senior role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to drive results.
• Use KPIs and sales insights for real-time decisions.
• Resourceful and proactive; able to calmly resolve conflicts.
