• Lead play-based, multi-age care room for ages 2–12.
• Care for children, ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Communicate regularly with parents and handle emergencies calmly.
• Maintain a clean, organized space.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and Center Director.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year lead teacher experience.
• Knowledge of child development.
• Experience with diapering and toddler care.
• Strong communication with children and parents.
• First Aid & CPR certification (we support completion).
