Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours.
Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.

🎯 Requirements

A deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience
At least one active license, and in good standing with your professional board
Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety)
Familiarity with, and experience using, established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent
Experience and comfort collaborating with diverse teams
Comfortable with 100% remote patient care
