📋 Description

• Serve as onsite resource for caregiving benefits and programs.
• Provide one-on-one support to employees and guide to Wellthy services.
• 16 hours per week role; schedule with client stakeholders.
• Set up accounts, navigate the platform, connect to tools and resources.
• Facilitate warm handoffs to Care Coordinators and backup care.
• Travel between assigned client locations and events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in employee benefits, engagement, HR, or related field.
• Experience presenting at onsite events or education sessions.
• Experience consulting with employees, members, or customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
