📋 Description

• Serve as onsite resource for caregiving benefits info.
• Meet one-on-one with employees to assess needs and guide to services.
• Help employees set up accounts and navigate the platform.
• Facilitate handoffs to Care Coordinators and Wellthy teams.
• Deliver onsite education about Wellthy services.
• Travel between client locations and events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in employee benefits, engagement, HR, healthcare navigation, or related field.
• Experience presenting to diverse audiences at onsite events.
• Experience advising employees/customers in a consultative role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
