📋 Description

• Process backup care payments per client contracts.
• Verify receipts, invoices, and W-9 and banking details.
• Calculate reimbursement and direct-pay amounts per policy.
• Communicate payment status to members and providers.
• Maintain accurate records of reimbursements and direct-pay transactions.
• Escalate discrepancies to the Payments Manager as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required.
• Prior AP/bookkeeping or money-handling experience preferred.
• Learn and apply multiple client contract terms and policies.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable using payments platform and Slack.
