📋 Description

• Proactively call, text, and follow up with interested leads provided by Yardzen.
• Quickly qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and clearly communicate the value of
• Convert prospective clients into Yardzen customers and consistently work toward individual sales
• Accurately track outreach, client conversations, follow-up activities, and results.
• Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to strengthen messaging and improve
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients throughout their Yardzen experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, account management, or a similar
• Strong phone presence with the confidence to guide both sales and service conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-up tasks
• Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
• Proactive, resourceful, and confident resolving client concerns.
