• Provide great customer service and create an unforgettable experience for customers
• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously
• Maintain product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
• Drive customer loyalty through brand awareness initiatives
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, including salesfloor, stockroom, and common areas

🎯 Requirements

• Previous retail experience a plus
• Ability to work part-time, flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of cash register/POS systems a plus
• Preferred experience with customer outreach and driving customer loyalty through brand awareness
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
