📋 Description

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear administrative logs at front desk (people, property, packages).
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Tennessee Security Guard license.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, perform patrols, and work in inclement weather.
