Part-Time Security / Rover

📋 Description

• Monitor Life Safety and Critical Infrastructure by performing tours throughout the Gallagher Campus.
• Perform access control, escorting, response to alarms and events, and relieve fixed posts.
• Coordinate and communicate security activities to the ROC via intercom, radio, or landline.
• Identify and report Life Safety issues, tour the building to prevent and identify potential
• Monitor critical infrastructure, provide perimeter security, and control access points (e.g.
• Use access control card or post keys to enter required locations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate security, hospitality, or a customer service-focused
• Demonstrated proficiency in using computers, standard security software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Requires a high degree of professional maturity and sound judgment for complex tenant interactions
• Clean driving record.
• Previous security experience in High-Rise Commercial Office Building environment is strongly
