Part-Time Senior Accounting Associate

📋 Description

• Support global accounting, shared services (AP/AR), tax and finance teams in month-end closes
• Assist invoicing, freight, inventory, and accounts receivable/payable processing
• Help implement AP system enhancements and manage daily ops for Mass Retail and DTC
• Contribute to monthly closes with reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
• Analyze month-end balance trends and provide meaningful financial insights
• Collaborate with accounting/finance teams cross-functionally and support special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting or audit
• Strong US GAAP and SOX knowledge
• Active CPA license or in progress is a plus
• Experience in AP, SAP/S4, retail/manufacturing/e-commerce is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with strong communication
