📋 Description

• Monitor incoming flight requests in the Goodwin platform and take ownership of closing them quickly
• Call aircraft operators to confirm availability, gather detailed quotes, and clarify trip
• Build real relationships with operators so they recognize your name, return your calls, and trust
• Ask thoughtful questions, dig for missing details, and proactively surface information brokers need
• Follow up persistently when responses are slow or incomplete
• Negotiate pricing and terms when appropriate to help brokers close business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role, such as hospitality, restaurants, retail, or another
• Ability to work in person at our Columbus, Ohio office during your shifts. You must live within
