📋 Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer.
Partner with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract cloud talent across Europe.

Screen resumes and conduct initial recruiter interviews.
Coordinate technical interview processes and keep candidates informed.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Proven experience recruiting for Cloud and Data roles.
Experience in cloud consulting, professional services, or tech firms.
Strong knowledge of cloud tech: GCP (preferred), AWS, Azure.
Experience recruiting for Cloud Infra, Kubernetes, DevOps, Data Eng, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Software Eng.
Excellent sourcing of passive candidates and partnering with hiring managers; ATS experience (Lever/Greenhouse) a plus.
