• Manage participant experience through screening, conduct, follow-up
• Serve as clinic point of contact for questions and issue escalations
• Develop and respond to participant survey feedback; suggest improvements
• Plan and oversee participant activities during conduct
• Participate in Participant Care Committee to improve experience
• Identify new needs to enhance participant satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent customer service with 2 years experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
