Provide crystallization support for development and delivery of intermediates and API particle
Work with Drug Product Development teams to define particle properties for formulations and
Generate, report, and interpret high-quality data with impact on development projects
Present information and engage in discussions in multi-disciplinary project teams
Comply with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), quality and GMP standards

🎯 Requirements

Degree, Master or PhD in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or similar
Knowledge of Optical/electron microscopy, XRPD, DSC, TGA
Experience with process crystallisation development, polymorphism and solid-form control
Experience in scale-up from lab to pilot and commercial manufacture desirable
DoE, robust process understanding, and strong documentation skills
Proficient with MS Office and able to work independently and in teams
