📋 Description

• Grow a16z Frontier's social channels and engage key communities
• Adapt and distribute existing content pieces into social media posts
• Create content native to social media: clips, campaigns, and more
• Advise the broader a16z Frontier team and portfolio companies on social media strategy
• Handle social media for external pod appearances, media interviews, investment announcements

🎯 Requirements

• Direct, hands-on experience owning social media for a high-visibility or high-growth brand
• Excellent communicator through text, multimedia, design, or memes
• Proven ability to adapt style and voice across different formats, platforms, and audiences
• Experience with X, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong command of data and analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet deadlines
