📋 Description

• Serve as the senior Braze relationship owner for every platinum-tier delivery partner operating in
• Translate global partner strategies into execution across LATAM markets, identifying key regional
• Work with Partner Services and Global Learning & Enablement to ensure LATAM-based consultants
• Partner with the AVP, Partner Sales and Partner Sales Managers to integrate the right platinum
• Surface regional market dynamics, delivery friction, and resource needs to GPADs to ensure global
• Act as the first line of escalation for platinum partner issues in LATAM, resolving regional

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in partner sales, alliances, or SI/agency ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS, with
• Comfortable executing global strategies while making critical regional judgement calls tailored to
• Experience with partner certification, enablement, or practice-quality models, with a clear view of
• Skilled at operating effectively in a matrix environment, collaborating across central Delivery
• Deep knowledge of MarTech or adjacent SaaS ecosystems, with a strategic view on how composable tech
• Proficient in using account mapping tools such as Crossbeam or equivalent to track regional partner
