Partner Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day external partnerships with banking partners
• Oversee relationships with banks, card networks, and processors
• Manage vendor invoices, verification, and payments
• Build reports and dashboards to track vendor performance
• Monitor cardholder experience and propose solutions
• Develop program policies and govern rules and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
• Debit, prepaid, credit card experience
• 5+ years in Operations, Vendor Management and Vendor Invoicing
• On-Demand Pay experience a plus
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and report-building tools (Tableau, Cognos)
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain customer focus
