📋 Description

  • Own a defined portfolio of named Focus Partners in the territory.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with each partner (bookings, pipeline, enablement).
  • Segment and prioritize partners by growth potential.
  • Deliver partner revenue and bookings through programs, campaigns and sales plays.
  • Orchestrate partner sales motions with channel programs and MDF.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting for the partner portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven channel/partner sales or PAM/PSM experience in IT/enterprise infrastructure or SaaS.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue and pipeline targets through partners.
  • Ability to build C-level and sales relationships with partners.
  • Understanding of distribution and channel programs; leverage incentives and marketing funds.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account planning skills; analyze partner metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/IT; MBA a plus.
