📋 Description

• Lead AI-enabled CDI, Care Management, and Utilization Management transformations.
• Design AI-native CDI, care progression, and utilization review workflows.
• Outline business value and savings via analytics and AI in workflows.
• Align clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders around priorities.
• Develop scalable AI-enabled offerings across revenue integrity and clinical ops.
• Build trust-based client relationships and mentor consultants.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10-15+ years in CDI, Care Management, Utilization Management, revenue cycle ops, or healthcare consulting.
• Deep expertise in DRGs, denial prevention, documentation workflows, and revenue integrity.
• Experience partnering with clinicians and operational leaders to drive transformation.
• Strong understanding of EHR workflows and healthcare operational systems.
• Ability to translate operational and clinical challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflow solutions.
