  • Enable partners supporting Enterprise and Strategic customers (global SIs, BPOs, tech partners).
  • Combine live facilitation and scalable self-service enablement via modern learning platforms.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Customer Success, or similar roles
  • 5+ years in the Contact Center space
  • Experience with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise tech
  • Desire to be a platform expert and provide technical guidance
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
