  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop partner-led and partner-supported opportunities.
  • Build relationships with resellers, system integrators, and consulting firms.
  • Coordinate partner participation in bids and proposals; ensure timely submissions.
  • Ensure partner agreements comply with governance and documentation standards.
  • Develop and execute partner enablement and training; travel as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least five years in channel sales, partner management, or alliance mgmt.
  • Experience managing partner ecosystems for software vendors, SIs, or tech firms.
  • Proven revenue generation with channel partners and joint sales activities.
  • Experience with public sector opportunities; MDBs desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages asset.
