  • Build the ANZ partner ecosystem: recruit and onboard strategic partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue: own pipeline targets and ARR.
  • Enable and activate partners: deliver enablement, sales training, and marketing support.
  • Co-sell with partners: advance joint opportunities with direct and partner sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12 years in partner/channel sales, alliance mgmt, or BD in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record building partner programs or scaling ANZ channel revenue.
  • Existing relationships with SIs, consulting firms, and tech partners in AU/NZ.
  • Experience with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and co-sell motions.
  • Strong SaaS economics: ARR, ACV, margins, deal registrations.
  • Ability to translate product value into partner-friendly messaging and enablement.
