Partner Delivery Manager, Army Delivery Team

📋 Description

• Own new-command onboarding from Growth handoff through a conditions-based transition to Mission
• Help Army planners translate staff processes into useful Onebrief workflows; train and coach users
• Support existing customers alongside Mission Success through exercises, planning events, workflow
• Partner with Growth and Mission Success on scoped demonstrations, pilots, and net-new and expansion
• Build proficiency in Onebrief and Onebrief AI, and provide basic Atom Engine support
• Share customer needs, product feedback, and after-action lessons; turn validated insights into

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting operational planning, coordination, or execution in an Army headquarters or
• Working knowledge of Army staff structures, planning processes, and echelon coordination
• Experience independently coordinating complex onboarding, implementation, exercise, or operational
• Ability to build trust, teach new tools/workflows, and communicate with operational and technical
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software, troubleshoot, and coordinate
• Current Secret clearance with TS eligibility, ability to access DoD facilities, and readiness to
