Partner Delivery Manager, Navy & Marine Corps Delivery Team

📋 Description

• Own assigned new-command onboardings from Growth handoff through mission success transition
• Help Navy and Marine Corps planners translate maritime and expeditionary processes into Onebrief
• Support existing customers through exercises, planning events, and workflow improvements
• Partner with Growth and Mission Success on scoped demonstrations, pilots, and expansion
• Build proficiency in Onebrief and Onebrief AI; provide basic Atom Engine support
• Share customer needs and product feedback; turn insights into reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting operational planning, coordination, or execution within U.S. Navy or Marine
• Working knowledge of Navy or Marine Corps staff structures and planning processes
• Experience independently coordinating complex onboarding, implementation, exercise, or operational
• Ability to build trust with customers and teach new tools
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex software
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, access to DoD facilities, and readiness to
