Partner Delivery Manager | Remote | Europe

📋 Description

• Define and continuously improve the delivery playbooks, engagement processes, and quality standards
• Own engagement intake and allocation, coordinating with internal FDE teams and Partnerships to
• Provide visibility into program performance, capacity, delivery risks, and key learnings to
• Manage partner subcontracting agreements, statements of work (SOWs), and rate cards in
• Oversee partner billing, engagement costs, and commercial structures across different delivery
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure engagements are structured and reported

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner delivery, professional services operations, or
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing SOWs, subcontracting agreements, and commercial
• Ability to build meaningful KPIs and SLAs, establish partner governance processes, and use
• Confidence navigating competing priorities and working effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partner engagements
• Thrive in fast-moving environments where processes are still evolving, and excited to build
