🎯 Requirements

4+ years partner management in SaaS (MSP focus)
3+ years solution sales experience
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven track record exceeding BD, partner recruitment, and revenue targets
End-to-end partner enablement and GTM execution
Fluent in German and English
