Partner Development Manager

📋 Description

• Drive activation and engagement initiatives across low-producing and inactive distribution partner
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to increase partner activity, strengthen
• Support onboarding and training programs for newly launched and developing partners
• Identify opportunities to improve submission volumes, product adoption, and overall partner
• Organize and deliver educational sessions, webinars, presentations, and partner enablement meetings
• Develop structured action plans for dormant or underperforming accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred
• At least two years of professional experience in sales development, partner development, insurance
• Previous experience working with insurance agents, brokers, agencies, or other distribution partners
• Demonstrated experience in outbound outreach, partner activation, customer engagement, or business
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and customer engagement tools such as HubSpot
• Experience developing business plans, partner engagement strategies, or initiatives designed to

• Annual base salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, plus variable compensation
