📋 Description

  • Evaluate and develop business case for partnerships across verticals (AI, Platforms, Payment Methods)
  • Manage strategic planning, negotiation, and new partnerships
  • Structured deal management with milestones and KPIs aligned with partners
  • Work with product, operations, marketing, and sales to execute strategic deals
  • Develop and grow Stripe’s relationships with partners, including senior executives

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years partnerships experience; 2+ years business development with financial institutions/fintech/payments
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; works autonomously and responsibly
  • Strong verbal/written communication; can influence across functions
  • Technical acumen to understand Stripe’s products; define partner requirements
  • 2+ years defining and executing partnership strategies for product experiences
  • 2+ years negotiating commercial deals with financial/tech institutions; scale across partners
  • Interest in payments, economic infrastructure, and Stripe’s partners
