Partner Director, Data Partners

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with Data Partner orgs to create seller mindshare.
• Enable Data Partner field teams on OpenAI positioning, use cases, and engagement.
• Own in-market relationships with Data Partner sellers across account mapping and escalation.
• Identify and support qualified Data Partner opportunities with OpenAI teams.
• Drive co-sell execution across joint pipeline management and cadence.
• Develop repeatable sales plays and enablement for partner opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in partnerships or GTM roles in SaaS/cloud/AI.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Proven revenue growth through partnerships, not just relationships.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise opportunities alongside direct sales teams.
• Comfort engaging CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and other senior leaders.
• Experience developing joint sales plays and scalable field engagement models.
