📋 Description

  • Build and own Cognition’s partnerships strategy in Japan with key partners.
  • Source, structure, and close strategic partnerships that drive revenue.
  • Develop joint go-to-market motions with partners (co-selling, co-building).

  • Navigate complex, multi-layered organisations in Japan.
  • Translate partner feedback into product insights with engineering.

  • Collaborate with international leadership to shape APAC strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record building and scaling partnerships in Japan (enterprise software/AI).
  • Experience with large enterprises, SI, and cloud ecosystems in Japan.
  • Ability to navigate Japanese business culture and executive credibility.
  • High technical fluency to position AI and software solutions.
  • Structure and close complex multi-party commercial agreements.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and high-growth environments; autonomous and fast.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across local and global teams.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English.
